I am very frustrated as The Diner Room, they automatically charge you 44 euro each month very shadily. After the first month of ‘Top Up’ I requested a refund and to be remove the credit card from their system immediately. They refused to give a refund and never actioned the cancellation which I am unable to cancel online as I never created an account etc. I got charged again this month yet the expirary is said to be for this month on the 26th. This is absolutely unacceptable especially because I never physically created an account and therefore it is clear that I did not intend to shop with The Diner Room regularly and that this was a once off purchase i.e. the credit was not wanted.
