The worst customer service

I bought at TV at the Fourways branch on Tuesday (28 July) and dealt with Gerhard. I was promised delivery the next day. To no avail. Called and spoke to Gerhard on Thursday morning and was promised delivery that afternoon. It is now Friday morning and I am still waiting on the TV or at least a call to explain the delay. My advice would to all buyers,be careful where you spend your money
