The Digital Experience service and expertese is unacceptable.

When deciding to purchase my camera, I originally asked to purchase a Sony, the sales people there convinced me to purchase Canon equipment amounting to R40000, now that the equipment is not as good as the salesman make it out to be, all my emails are ignored and they are not interested in resolving my problem, this is not acceptable and very unprofessional.
