No invoice

I bought a canon 77d at digital experience 8 months ago, at the time I got a manual receipt because they said the camera was not loaded on the system. They said they would email the invoice on Monday since it was a saturday. I called 3 months later in September last year and ask for my invoice as I needed to provide prove of purchase for the canon training, but the lady said they still haven't loaded it on the system. Still today I don't have an invoice. It's frightening as I spent over 25k that day. Just need my invoice.
