Never Ending Issues With Samsung Fridge

I have bought a brand new double door Samsung RS6****11B4. The very first month of purchase the fridge water dispenser stopped working, they gave me their word that I won’t encounter any further problems and I gave them the benefit of my doubt..They came and they replaced the whole freezer door and then now, 11 months later the fridge compartment is no longer corresponding with the temperature setting, in fact it’s not working and my food is getting spoiled the their technician just called me and I explained the fault to him and he said that he’ll replace the fan whereas I’m already disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole situation of the fridge. As far as I’m concerned, a brand new unit cannot be giving me such problems. I have bought R100k worth of items the very same day I purchased this fridge at fourways crossing branch and I would like to be treated as such loyal customer of Samsung.
