Dont Honour Prices!!!

Went to the store on 16Feb2018 to purchase a TV, spoke to Gerhard (manager) to see if they could match the price of the tv I had seen at another store, although curved, he agreed to do the flat version of the same tv at the same price. R14 999 After checking his system asked me when I would like to purchase and I said immediately.He then asked if I didn't mind waiting till the 22nd when they received the new stock to which I agreed. On the 22nd I called to find out if the stock had arrived so I could go pick it up to which he then rep**** that I must wait till the 1st March because of a sale they are having, again I agreed. Decided to pop in today 28Feb to see if I could get the tv, after a long search on his computer says that the best price he can do for me is R15 399, which is their current special. What **** customer service is this? You ask me to wait for all your reasons, then you go back on your word.Obviously they don't honour their word nor do they need the business!! I suggest shopping around before doing business with these people.
