Dissatisfied

We bought a wash/ dry combo LG 8kgs in 2021, but lately, it has been giving problems, we called LG directly to log the query with them, unfortunately, we were advised that the machine is now out of warranty by 2 months, but they advised us to check with the store because there is a high chance that it still has the store warranty. We have been trying to get the information about the warranty since the 29th of May up to now and we are still stuck with the Washing Machine. You would expect that the stock keeps all records at hand even if the client is no longer having the slip. In this day and age, receipts must be softcopies not hard copies that can get lost at any time. I don't think this store has good customer care at all.
