Diff and Chain - Still waiting to register a trailer bought from me on their name!

Jacques bought a trailer from me and a Suzuki LTR 450 from my friend months ago. I recently received a notice that my licence renewal is due. I have asked him about it and he said he will sort it out. I have asked him several times since them, but he is ignoring my messages. #BlackFriday
