What suppose to be one of the happiest event in any couples relationship thanks to the diamond channel will be remembered for any but good memories I provided my boyfriend with a picture of the ring I liked, it was a black diamond set in a white gold in a lotus flower. When we went to view the ring it looked nothing like the picture we provided. When asked to add in additional diamonds and resize the ring (make it smaller) they resized and then advised that an additional cost of R14000 will apply for the diamonds as the ring had to be remolded, this was over and above the R33 500 which it originally costs . The cherry on the top was when the ring was ready to be collected. They didn’t recon payments made and requested an amounts that was already paid. The ring was not even polished and when it was showed to me for time it was in a plastic folder. The ring has a stain on the diamond that looks unprofessional The diamond channel got the whole style wrong . This is not the ring I had my heart set on. They got the whole design wrong and my boyfriend had to fork out his hard earned cash. I honestly will not recommend anyone to use their services. The amount of money you spend to the level of service you receive is not worth the effort nor the experience. They should actually reset the whole ring with the design provided . After all we paid for a service and a ring that was never provided
