False advertising - Horrible burger special

I saw a ad of a burger special at Devon Valley Hotel and seeing that it was my birthday we decided to go and have it checked out as the special was only the Saturday We for there , a beautifull place surrounded with trees and beauty ,some nice music i was just in awe of this place I selected, we received some nice juice on arrival, actually a gin option but we don't drink alcohol, so they brougt us juice, we were 4 , myself husband and.out 2 kids We ordered the special burgers , we ordered 2 chicken 2 beef, burgers came with a caibata roll , which was placed on the fire, very hard not eatable, chicken was dry and tasteless, where's was burnt, my husband had a beef one which was raw very raw , it was just a horrible meal not eatable , but we ate as we were hungry, we called the manager , and discussed it with him , they brought my husband a new meal which he took home, the manager offered us a jug of juice and an apology, I expected more from him, the presentation and the ad showed a big difference in the taste of the meal , to me that is called false advertising as the food was horrible . The ad read tender chicken fillet amd pan fried potato wedges , that chicken was not tender it was dry and tasteless amd those wedges came off the braai black and burnt ,
