THE DECOR GUY - TAKES MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER THE GOODS

Went to The Decor Guy in Salt Rock Ballito for a quote for curtain rails, finials and blinds. Decided to support a small, local business especially during a pandemic. Received a quote and paid upfront on 14th August. To date I have curtain rails in 3 rooms - not even completed. Calls, whatsapps and emails have been ignored. Contacted a lawyer who sent a letter of demand for a refund on the 2nd October. This was also ignored. DO NOT DEAL WITH JONATHAN BANEY FROM THE DECOR GUY AS HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER GOODS. Further action is being taken.
