Unprofessional, rude and overpriced

The owner of this business is exceptionally rude, entitled, and petulant (will send messages to clients ending in "!?" for no reason and is not willing to be helpful in matching existing blinds) - I received the following, in response to me politely trying to confirm a matching fabric (having sent the name and manufacturer) (direct quote) "We didn't supply those blinds so I cannot tell you other than we quoted the material you requested". Completely unhelpful and not solution, or client service, oriented. Also, for curtains, the quotes provided by this business were not competitive at all. I recommend sourcing other quotes before engaging with Marnie and this business.
