Great Customer Service

I bought various art supplies online. Before my order was shipped I received a friendly phone call to explain that two of the items I ordered were out of stock, and whether I would be satisfied to have them replaced with similar items. Both items were more expensive than the ones I had ordered. The parcel arrived a day later. I was a very satisfied customer.
