VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY BAD COMPANY

I join this company as their client in February 2017. The service is so bad that I wont even recommend it to my worst enemy. Their number sometimes does not exist and they dont respond to the emails. To date I still owe my creditors R45000 but yet I joined them when I owed R95000. This is the forth year. They dont even tell me the date as an when I would be debt free. VERY BAD SERVICE. Is the company legit
