Unsolicited phone calls

Unsolicited phone calls, purchasing ******* data bases. I am registered on the DMSA ( https://www.nationaloptout.org )

They will not tell you where they get your details from if you ask to speak to a manager they put you through to a team leader I'm not sure if they are stupid or deaf as they cant distinguish between a manager and a team leader
