Regret association with the company

The people there are very quick to put you under dent review, but they are very useless. Once they hooked you they are unhelpful. I wanted them to remove the debt review flag under my name because I can now afford to pay my outstanding debt with out their assistance and they keep on giving ne excuses. Legally when you cleared all you short term debts and have a long term debt outstanding, they allow the flag to be removed if your affordability has changed. Bad company to recommend. Very useless. I must now look for a lawyer and pay extra for the flag to be removed.
