Bad experience and bad communication

<p>This company has placed me at a reputational risk with my creditors, I have asked them since last year to debit my account and no deduction has been made. then only notice with first debit order that did not go through the debit order has been cancelled by the bank. where i asked them first to change the debit order date, now i have to ask for a motivation to pay my debit orders. my debit orders are back dates and i asked them several times to update my personal details, i could not receive any feedback regarding my debit orders. please urgently follow up with this company as my debit orders has now been 4 months outdated,</p>
