Information is a state secret

<p>On several occasion I have tried contacting the Debt Management Group to found out what my outstanding balance is on my Personal Load account. When I call in it is always the same story their system are down or this or that is wrong. So I spoke to a lady with the name of Carol what a pip I ask her to help me so she said that I need to call the PDA Group which I did - they could not help me, so I told her I am going to cancel my payment with them - Lord this women was ughghghghghgh really man I have been paying these people R2000.00 for the past 3 years every month and this is the kind of service we get I am going to cancel my business with you shame on you guys </p>
