BAD BAD BAD!!!!!

I placed myself under debt review because I was unemployed and thought it the best way to save my assets (car). The Debt management group kept calling until I eventually gave in and used them as the company to assist me with this. I have been paying them as they've requested however, NONE of my creditors were paid in the time that I have been paying them. It seems they were happy to receive the money I was paying and now I've been issued with a summons for repossession of my vehicle which was supposed to be covered by them! I have also on numerous occasions asked for someone from their offices to call me and I'M STILL WAITING. I have also tried calling there but the number always seems to \be out of order\". I can never get hold of someone there who is able to assist me. I have now gone and seen a lawyer so they can issue a letter of demand. This is unacceptable, not to mention the putrid customer service!!!"
