Wrongful listing of DR status on my profile

In Feb I lost my job and called the company sorting assistance, which after about 2 weeks of calls with 1 of their agents i was advised that I am not a suitable candidate. In March/April the company debited my account with an admin fee which a very rude Nadine told me I should find a way to go to my bank and reverse the transaction as they do not reverse payments (I did), I then found that my bank account was placed on hold, all Bureaux have a DR status on my report and after numerous requests to the company to rectify this...IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. All my debit orders where cancelled and I asked how all this happened when I did not sign anything and they said they cannot assist me, well again I keep sending mails and to date nothing has happened.<br> <br> People looking for help should shy away from this company as its full of people trying to make a quick buck and who are inefficient.
