Very bad customer service
I went under debt review in March for 20 days after wich i have settled all my outstanding debt. It is almost for months and my credit report still shows under debt review. Their excuse is the NCR have changed the way to clear your name and they dont know how. Thanx to them i cannot buy or even rent a house. I will discourage anybody to use the debt experts once a week i sent an email enquiring about the progress and i never hear anything back from them

Good Day Sir.
Hope you are well.
Our offices has issued you with a Form 19 (Clearance Certificate) to verify that the debt review has been paid in full and we are in progress of having this removed from ITC.
This Form 19 has been sent to all your credit providers as well as the NCR so that they can update your record accordingly. After no feedback was received from the NCR, we have sent the Clearance Certificate to the various credit bureaus so that they can update your record. The update of the ITC is not done by ourselves and everything possible is being done to have the status removed!
