Unsolicited Marketing - CPA ring a bell?
Considering that I am registered with the DMA's 'do not contact me' database, I would like to know where you got my details and why you are contacting me on my personal cell number.

My number is for MY use, not yours. By contacting me without my written consent you are in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, in case you didn't know. You may think that sending an anonymous SMS may save you some trouble with the CPA - Unfortunately your consumers are more intelligent than you think. So I responded to your SMS to ensure that one of your consultants calls me, to find out who this underhanded (yes, underhanded) company is.

Receiving a phone call at 19:20 at night, when I am trying to have supper with my family after a long day at work, is most certainly a violation of privacy in my book. (I rep**** to your message at 15:05 - Business hours to the normal human being.)

Furthermore, if you want to achieve any REMOTE type of credibility as a company, an insurance company that relies on trust - Best you don't start the conversation by breaking your would-be-consumers trust, and exploiting contact details of the unsuspecting public to continue your ******* marketing practices.
Dear Sir
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
As you have taken the steps to register on DMA's \do not contact\" database
