They don't wanna remove me from their system

I'm having a problem with the debt expects people, I've been asking them now for sometime to remove from their system because they were not paying my accounts and i was paying, i asked them they said they will remove me as soon as i provide proof that i'm paying for myself and i submitted that evidence and yesterday i call Tyrone Solomons his the guy that is working on my case he was rude to me telling me that i'm not the only person who need their help. Last week when i spoke to him he said as soon as i submit the documents i will be removed immediately but now it seems as if they don't wanna help. Please Hellopeter help me i can't even buy myself a car o get a loan
