The Debts Experts Withdrawal letter from debt review received but refusing to update credit bereaus

I was under debt review and requested a withdrawal since i was able to pay my creditors. I was given the withdrawal in 2015 however credit bureaus where not updated and still have me Flag under debt review. I have since managed to pay all my creditors. When i contacted NCR they advised that The Debt Experts must update the credit bereaus. I have made the request and have not been assisted. Please request the debt counsellor ( NCRDC 760 – Bernice Koekemoer ) to update the System.
