The Debt experts a ****

Unprofessional and Rude Marina. She has no idea what TCF and customer service is. She refuses to listen and not willing to assist. Even requested to speak to a manager and she said No!!!.

I have managed to pay of my debt and sent them my paid up letters but that is not enough. I want my name to be cleared. I sent them the FNB paid up letter and I am told I need to have 2 reference numbers on it which is impossible. Fnb has confirmed in writing that I do not owe them.

What more do they want from me. This is a serious inconvience. I have spent hours and money calling them with no help.
