The debt expert

Sometime when I was young, I can't remember when it was, I received a call from The Debt expert and someone spoke with me, and without knowing anything, I was coaxed into signing up to be under debt review and me being young I didn't know what I was doing. Years later that review is under my name and it's messing with my rating so bad, I have called them and asked them to sign me off their system they said it's not possible, is there someone that can help me with this problem? this is their number ***
