No service but want payment

About 3 months ago I needed assistance with my dept.<br> <br> The debt experts gave ma a call and told new that at the end of march the program will begin. By the end of march all my loans went of and and I had no money so I asked my parent to help and they paid off all my debt.<br> <br> I then notified The Debt Experts that I don't need them anymore and they then told me to email them the payment so that they can take me of their system. A month and a half later I'm on debt review and I have to pay The Debt Experts R 2000 to clear my name.<br> <br> I sent them all of my paid off letters and they still won't take me off of debt review.<br> They gave me no service and did not help me in anyway but they want payment. <br> <br>
