Good morning My name is Masego Motau I bought a bed at sleep master 2024 December it came January 2025 I bought Columbia Sealy bed 3 months down the line the bed started sinking and making sounds I went to the shop and complained they said I must rotate the bed and wait another 3 months so it can be 6 months for exchange it became worse I went to them they complained about my weight on the bed while I paid the bed without excuses then June 2025 they exchanged the bed they claim it’s new but it was worse than the first I went to them October 2025 to ask for refund till now they say I must be patient when I go to them they hide the person who helped with the bed the head office ladies are rude and bullying when I try to complain and explain I always send pictures but I get no help since last year October till now I’m sleeping on a sinking bed and I’m paying every month I’ve never skipped a month without paying, Sleepmaster Soshanguve Crossing
