debt review cancelled but still on credit report

I called The Debt Expert and spoke to Bernice Koekemooer and told her i would like to cancel my application for debt review as I have paid up my previous debt and the remaining loan I have has a debit order and I pay them direct. I was told to fax proof of payment, which I did. Capitec sent a letter informing me that they no longer have a contract with The Debt Expert as I had paid them the loan amount back but my problem is that my credit report states that \Application for voluntary debt restructuring\". Please can you update your onformation because now you are ruining my life. I cant do anything and whenever I call now Im transfered from one person to another with no resolution."
