debt expert wont remove me from their books

I was contacted by Debt Expert to help me sort out my debts. I filled in their forms soon after I then realized that I did not need them and asked that they remove me from being under administration but I have been told that it can not be done and referred to the next person who said they are not responsible for removing me.<br> <br> I have recently received an sms saying that they will not call me to dispute debit order or give new bank details for cash payments , I must contact them.
