debit account

Debited account even though no agreement to debit my account.....I got a call from a lady telling me about this service so I say please send me the documents to read and if I'm happy I will sign and send back....and in the process I did ask if my account will be debited I was told no because they need the document to be signed and sent back to them before they can touch my account...They can listen to all the recordings I asked that question a few Times!! And got the same response that they can't touch my account with out that document...well!! I actually told them On the 10th of April that I don't want their services and that they need to contact my credit providers and set things straight because this has also affected my credit status..which I wasn't aware of at the time..I was told to send cancellation in writting and so I did On the 18th..and now it's the 29th and guess what..They debited my account!!! I AM ONE UNHAPPY PERSON, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
