I rep**** to callback message and they called me. I clearly told them I do not want to apply for anything as i am just inquiring. I specifically told them after they have called me several times that i don't want to apply for debt consolidation until they give me all the information i want about how long and how much i be paying. to my suprise NCR tells me im registered for debt consolidation by The Debt Experts and the consultant is Bernice. I called them to ask them why and they could not say. i told them to please take it off as i have never agreed to anything with them and since they said they will get back to me. even now im still waiting. this is totally unacceptable. how can they use my information without my permission. this is against the law and i have also lodged my concern with the NCR itself. According to South African Law they say ''Information collected by an individual cannot be disclosed to other organizations or individuals unless authorized by law or by consent of the individual''
