Cancellation request not adhered to.
I app**** for assistance for debt consolidation yesterday with debt experts at about 4pm and by the evening I emailed them to cancel this application as I received alternative help for paying my debts. By this morning I called numerous times for clarity on this cancellation but was given one story after another<br> and seems I am being forced to continue with them even if I don't want to or rather need to anymore. A miss Berwick Koekemoer is apparently the debt counselor I should speak to. And rudely was told nothing can be done till she speaks to me. Am worried that maybe I must lawyer up and thinking I made a terrible mistake here. <br> <br>

I have spoken to Sadiqua and you signed the form 16 giving us the instruction to process your debt review. The form 16 clearly indicates that as soon as a 17.2 has been issued to your credit providers you are unable to cancel the debt review up until all debt has been paid in full. I have listened to some of the calls made to you as well and you thanked Sadiqua for the debt review process and confirmed how this program will help you.
I will have Sadiqua call you during the course of the day to discuss the best way forward.
