Bad service / Not doing wahat they said they will do

I am with the Debt Experts since 2015 . They told me that my Debt will be settle in 5 years with the amount that they worked out . I am now going for 7 years and still nothing . I can t get rent a place to stay my car broke down cant get a car. No that i ask them to take me off they want to refer me to a attorneys . They told me they would remove me and now ssay the regulation change
