Appalling service

<p>You can imagine our suprise when we find out that the bank is reprocessing our car, when for the past 17 months we have been making payments to TDE but clearly the payments were not paid over to our creditors!! It raises the question of where has the money then been disappearing to. We need to car to get the child to school and back on a daily. How exactly are we supposed to do that now.</p> <p>I now realize when writing this complaint that this company clearly doesn't do what it's supposed to because I'm not the first to have this problem. </p> <p>Are you guys **********??! What have I then been paying for??!</p> <p>I am beyond livid about this matter!!!</p>
