Very unhappy

I'm including my e-mail direct to the deal man. To date I've had no positive response from either paypal or the deal man.

Here's my e-mail to them on the 26/9/2017 Good day

I’m sending both parties this e-mail as I believe both of you are ********** and *****’s. I hope that you take this e-mail seriously as if I don’t get a response I will use any social media available to tell everybody of your scheme.

We used the deal man and placed two orders. Both was paid using paypal as we thought this would be secure. Well guess what, up to date we have not received the items. If we use the tracking number provided it says no shipping record.

We get no assistance from any party nor the correct details.

I’m requesting an urgent loo into this matter.

I also feel that Paypal should take responsibility on this matter.
