Partial and unsatisfied shipping

At first, the company did not fulfill shipping as advertised on their website within the 10 to 30 days period. Secondly the order was partially fulfilled. After numerous contact via e-mail as they have no other alternative of contact, they deferred me to saying it's a customs issue. For the fact they don't have a line for customers to contact them, this is a dangerous site and they **** people. I am definitely weary of these online shopping websites especially outside my country(i.e South Africa). Their customer service is poor and have no clear return and refund policy.
