Order Not Received, No Response From Support for Over a Month

<p>I have finally decided to make this review public since it seems like the company just hopes I will forget about it and write off the money I spent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered an item from Deal Man on the 1st of March 2017. I live in South Africa and so I know that the Items normally take about 30-60days to get to me. I had also ordered another item on the 27th of February which i subsequently received mid-April some time. So I expected I would get my other item within 2 weeks. When the Item did not arrive, I eventually sent an email ********** I received no reply. 2 weeks later I again sent an email. No reply. I sent a 3rd email on the 28th of June. Still no reply. I then decided to try contact them on Facebook since they have no contact number(s) listed. I messaged them, explaining everything again, including all reference numbers and even screenshotting the emails and sending them as a facebook message. To this day I still have no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at a loss for what to do. It's not a particularly large sum of money but the fact that there is no response from them to even attempt to figure out what is going on is just bad business. I truly hope there is some way this can be resolved.</p>
