No delivery on a paid Order #DM***

I made a purchase on the 10th April 2017 for some watches online from Deal Man and since then I didn't get my goods. I sent Deal man a reminder email on the 3rd July 2017 and got a response on the 12th July 2017 saying that they had a problem with my tracking number. I sent them again a screenshot from their site with my order number and items bought on the 18th July 2017. Till today they haven't responded or refunded me. Can someone assist me in dealing with these people.
