The Data Recovery Company : dishonest / **********

Hendrik Denysschen from The Data Recovery Company is an unprofessional ********* ****.<br> Our company server failed in July and he sent a quotation for data recovery and server restore amounting to R13 680,00 (11 400,00 plus an emergency fee of R2 280,00) payable in advance and work to be completed in 2 days. We paid but a week later we retrieved our server with nothing done, Hendrik said he got lost returning the server and said he had done everything he could for us.<br> He did not tel us at the outset that there was no data to recover, and we lost time and business wating for him to do nothing at all. This was only the start of our problems with Hendrik Denysschen and The Data Recovery Company. We wrote to him demanding a refund and he agreed in writing (13.08.15) but this has yet to occur. he has made numerous promises to pay the refund, (in writing and by phone) and always has an excuse why payment was not made, but these are all lies. He is now not taking our calls or pretends he cannot hear me if I call. This man is a dishonest, ********* *********** who cannot be trusted at all.<br> <br>
