Frustrating & Unprofessional

<p>Incredible connections Kollonade refered me to a gentleman by the name of Hendrick from The data recovery Company. took my broken harddrive to him and in two days time i recieved a mail stating that my drive was ready for collection and all the data had been recovered. I then received an invoice. i paid the invoice and send him proof of payment.</p> <p>I then send my driver to fetch the harddrive. When it got to my office it was still broken, nothing seemed to have been working. when I tried calling Handrick, his phone just rang and he later switched it off. Ive send an sms but still no reply!!</p>
