Zero Service Level

<p>Data Factory has promised feedback within 72 hours on the 23-05-2016 regarding my claim, which they have NOT adhered to. I called at 13h05 on the 26-05-2016.</p> <p>I have been informed by a lady named Tanya that the only person that can help is Zahida on *** and that she can not currently as she is on lunch. My question is, why is there just one person that handles the fund? Will this company take any responsibilty ? It has been more than 6 months and they have not finalised my claim. When will I recieve my payment?</p>
