Terrible service and *********** Organization while

<p>Iast year September I learned that my late father has surplus funds which are due to him. I then contacted the Data factory to determine what I needed to do to obtain those funds. They requested a list of documentation which I sent. They then sent me a reply saying there were missing documents and one that neeeded to be amended, which I did and sent back in February this year. I then contacted them to check progress and was told they haven't received them ( while I received a proof of receipt of email) I resent the documents and have been calling since to check progress and I'm not getting solid feedback, instead I'm told I'll be called back which never happens. The consultants are rude and ***********, meanwhile I'm wasting money paying for a late estate account for funds that are being delayed, not to mention the airtime I'm spending calling back. A professional establishment should not operate in such a poor manner, and honestly such slow service is completely unacceptable. If I don't receive sound feedback by end of this month I will have to take legal action against these administrators as I feel at this point there is no other way </p>
