People messed arround

We have thair money but not paying all there efforts lon lincoln has over 2000 people at this point in time with ref no from the data factory and the administrators but nithing is being paid to the people. Datafactory claims they no longer trace for that fund and the fsb claims the claim has to go through the tracing company mandated to administer the claim. So what do the people do next? One lie to another knowing that the fund has been depleted for one reason to another. I can send 2000 profiles with ref no from the datafactory That could not be paid out in a five year spand.
