pension fund query

Last year in September I received an SMS from the company informing me that I have unclaimed pension fund from African bank and I was told to email the relevantly documents in order to access the money.I emailed the documents end of September last year n I later called to inquire about n I was told that they only received my documents end of November and I WA's told that I will get the money between three to six months. The six months expired on the nth of may.Today its the 31st and I still haven't received the money yet.please help.
