NON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO SANLAM :UNCLAIMED FUND SANLAM LIFE UMBRELLA FUND

<p>I was traced by the Data Factory for unclaimed pension funds at Sanlam about the 17 March 2017.</p> <p>I contacted Sanlam to find out if this was legitimate and received confirmation that it was infact so, and that I had to submit documents to Data Factory.</p> <p>I submitted all my documentation as well as my income tax number on an e mail dated 30 March 2017.</p> <p>On the 4 April , I confirmed telephonically that bank vetting was done and that I now had to wait for Data Factory to submitt their documentation to Sanlam which normally happens one a month.</p> <p>I was told by the follow up section - a man by the name of Nicholas, that my documents were submitted on the 11 April- when I contacted Sanlam , they said that they did not receive it.</p> <p>When I called Data Factory back, Nasrine informed me that Nicholas gave me incorrect information -that my documents were not submitted and that I should call once a week to check.</p> <p>I have tried to get hold of Nasrine as well as Nicholas - but no sucess.</p> <p>I have left messages today as well as prior for the supervisor a Valene Alvermeyer - to contact me regarding the problem.</p>
