Manners start at home

Data factory doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I spoke to Marc IT Manager/Operations Manager. He didn't even give me a chance to speak & slammed the phone in my ear without greeting, with agents sitting with him & around him in a call center. What example is he for them speaking to people over a phone. If this is the type of managers selected to do management jobs.... I hope that his superiors doesn't know the way he treats people over a phone, eitherwise, I guess it's a normality to be so rude.... No wonder people are complaining so much about this company
