Insensitive, disappointing, frustrating

I was contacted on 3 Oct 2020 about unclaimed pension funds for my late father (deceased 7 years ago). I made contact with the trustee of his estate who then in turn submitted the required paperwork, and requested info as to how the funds should be distributed. Despite repeated queries on my part and that of the trustees, Data Factory has provided no feedback! This is exceptionally unprofessional, not to mention frustrating! One has to assume that once contact has been made with the fund receiver, Data Factory must get their payment because they seem to no longer be interested in working with you after that.
