Disgusting service!!!

This employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They traced me to tell you there's money of my deceased father but refused to help. When you call they talk to you like your stupid. I'm reporting them to Sanlam. Get manners and work ethic. Pathetic service. No pride in their work or any sympathy for family members of the deceased. I will take this further.
