Data factory unsatisfactory poor service

I got call beginning of the year about the company closed therefore there was an amount die to me.. my colleague also got the call and even got paid. I am still waiting for Data factory to get back to me because when i called them they said its in the process they just waiting for few documents... I am still waiting
